Weefou is committed to protecting children from online harm, abuse, exploitation, grooming, and unsafe behaviour. We have a strict zero-tolerance policy against child sexual abuse material, child sexual exploitation, grooming, trafficking, or any activity that harms minors.
Weefou is an 18+ social discovery app. Minors are not allowed to create an account or use Weefou.
1. Zero-Tolerance Policy
Weefou does not allow:
- Child sexual abuse material or child sexual exploitation material
- Any sexual content involving minors
- Grooming, manipulation, or attempts to contact minors for sexual purposes
- Requests, sharing, selling, or distribution of child abuse material
- Sexualized comments, images, videos, messages, or roleplay involving minors
- Fake age claims or impersonation of minors
- Any activity that may harm the safety, dignity, privacy, or wellbeing of a child
Any account, profile, photo, message, content, or activity found violating this policy may be removed immediately.
2. Age Requirement
Weefou is only for users who are 18 years or older.
Users must confirm that they are at least 18 years old before using Weefou. If we find that a user is under 18, we may:
- Suspend or permanently delete the account
- Remove related content
- Restrict access to app features
- Preserve required records where legally necessary
- Report serious child safety concerns to appropriate authorities where required by law
3. Reporting Child Safety Concerns
Users can report child safety concerns directly inside the Weefou app.
You can report:
- A profile claiming to be under 18
- A user pretending to be a minor
- Any sexual or harmful content involving minors
- Suspicious messages, grooming, threats, or exploitation
- Fake profiles using a child's photo
- Any content that may involve child abuse or exploitation
How to report in the app:
Go to the user profile or chat, tap Report, select the relevant reason, and submit the details.

4. How We Handle Reports
When Weefou receives a child safety report, we may:
- Review the reported profile, content, image, chat, or activity
- Remove harmful or illegal content
- Suspend or permanently ban the account
- Block the user from contacting others
- Preserve relevant data where legally required
- Escalate serious cases to legal authorities where required
- Cooperate with valid law enforcement requests
Reports involving child sexual abuse or exploitation are treated as high priority.
5. Content Moderation
Weefou may review user-generated content, including profiles, photos, bios, reports, and messages where allowed by law and required for safety.
Content that violates child safety standards may be removed without prior notice.
Repeated or serious violations may lead to permanent account removal.
6. Prohibited User Behaviour
Users must not:
- Upload or share any content involving child sexual abuse or exploitation
- Contact minors through Weefou
- Lie about their age
- Encourage minors to join Weefou
- Share images of children in a sexual, suggestive, harmful, or exploitative context
- Use Weefou for grooming, coercion, trafficking, blackmail, or abuse
- Ask another user for sexual content involving minors
- Share links to illegal or abusive child safety content
Violations may result in permanent account removal and legal reporting.
7. Legal Compliance
Weefou follows applicable child safety, cyber safety, privacy, and online platform laws.
Where required by law, Weefou may report serious child safety violations to appropriate legal authorities, child protection bodies, cybercrime authorities, or law enforcement agencies.
8. Cooperation With Authorities
Where legally required, Weefou may cooperate with law enforcement agencies, courts, regulators, and child protection authorities.
We may preserve and share relevant information only in accordance with applicable law, valid legal process, and our Privacy Policy.
9. User Responsibility
Every user is responsible for helping keep Weefou safe.
Immediately report suspicious, harmful, abusive, or illegal behaviour. Do not forward, save, download, or share illegal child safety content. Report it through the app or to the proper authorities.
