The problem we are working on

Adult social life often breaks for practical reasons. Friends are busy, people move to new cities, work routines become narrow and a large online network does not automatically create somebody for Saturday’s plan.

Weefou is built for the gap between wanting to do something and having the right person available. A clear activity gives discovery and conversation a place to begin.

How the product works

Users choose what they are looking for, complete a profile and discover relevant nearby people. They can communicate before deciding whether to create or respond to a real plan.

Plan details should include the activity, general area, time, expected cost and group size. Where request controls are available, hosts can review who joins. Everybody should confirm before attending.

Where Weefou works

Weefou is available on Android and iOS in India. The current public focus is Chandigarh, Mohali and Panchkula. Other cities may have early activity, but the product does not pretend every city has the same local experience.

The Cities page separates focused and growing locations and provides a waitlist for places that are not active enough yet.

The company

Weefou is operated by WEEFOU WEBTECH LLP, an Indian limited liability partnership incorporated in 2026. The registered company and policy details are published through the website’s legal and safety pages.

The team is building the product city by city because useful nearby discovery requires local density, not just nationwide downloads.

Our approach to safety

Weefou is designed with profile context, privacy controls, reporting, blocking and safety guidance. Verification can improve trust but does not guarantee identity or offline behaviour.

Users should meet in public, arrange their own transport, tell somebody they trust and never send money or private financial information to another user.

What Weefou does not promise

The app does not guarantee replies, attendance, friendship, business outcomes or safety. It provides tools and context that can make a plan clearer; people still decide who to talk to, what to share and whether to meet.

Our current focus

Weefou is working on reliable onboarding, useful nearby discovery, clear plan creation, safer communication and city-level community growth. The goal is simple: help a real plan move from “I want to do this” to “we have agreed on the details.”
