Welcome to Weefou. Weefou is an intent-based social discovery app where people connect for friendship, dating, events, travel, networking, communities, activities, and real-life plans.

These Community Guidelines explain what is allowed and not allowed on Weefou. Our goal is to keep Weefou respectful, safe, real, and useful for everyone.

By using Weefou, you agree to follow these Community Guidelines, our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, User Safety Policy, and other applicable policies.

1. Be Real and Honest

You must use Weefou with truthful and accurate information.

You must not:

• Create fake accounts.
• Use someone else’s identity or photos without permission.
• Misrepresent your age, gender, name, location, intent, or relationship status.
• Create duplicate accounts to avoid restrictions.
• Pretend to be a celebrity, public figure, brand, company, or another user.
• Use AI-generated, stolen, misleading, or fake profile images to deceive users.

Your profile should represent you honestly.

2. Age Requirement

Weefou is only for users who are 18 years or older.

You must not use Weefou if you are under 18.

If we find that an account belongs to a person under 18, we may suspend or permanently delete the account.

If you see or suspect a minor using Weefou, please report the account immediately.

3. Respect Other Users

Treat people with respect, even if your intent, interest, or opinion is different.

You must not:

• Insult, shame, threaten, abuse, harass, or publicly target users.
• Send repeated unwanted messages.
• Pressure someone to reply, meet, date, share photos, or continue chatting.
• Use offensive, hateful, sexually aggressive, or humiliating language.
• Mock someone’s appearance, gender, body, background, religion, caste, community, sexuality, disability, or personal choices.

No means no. Silence also means no consent.

4. Consent Is Required

Consent is important on Weefou.

You must not:

• Send sexual messages, explicit photos, or videos without consent.
• Ask repeatedly for private photos.
• Pressure someone to meet offline, date, become intimate, or continue physical contact.
• Record, screenshot, share, or publish private chats or images without permission.
• Share anyone’s personal information without consent.

If someone says no, stops replying, blocks you, or asks you to stop, you must respect it.

5. Safe Dating and Social Behavior

Weefou helps people connect, but users are responsible for their own safety.

When meeting someone:

• Meet in a public place.
• Tell a trusted person where you are going.
• Avoid sharing your home address too early.
• Do not share financial information, OTPs, passwords, ID documents, or private details.
• Do not send money.
• Leave immediately if you feel unsafe.
• Report suspicious or unsafe behavior.

Weefou does not guarantee the identity, background, intention, safety, or offline behavior of any user.

6. No Harassment or Abuse

Harassment is not allowed.

This includes:

• Repeated unwanted messages, threats, intimidation, stalking, bullying, sexual harassment, or verbal abuse.
• Blackmail, doxxing, sharing private information, or encouraging others to attack a user.
• Creating new accounts to contact someone who blocked you.

Accounts involved in harassment may be restricted, suspended, or permanently banned.

7. No Hate Speech or Discrimination

Weefou does not allow hate speech, discrimination, or targeted attacks.

You must not attack or promote hatred based on:

• Religion, caste, race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, disability, age, language, region, community, appearance, medical condition, or personal identity.

Respectful discussion is allowed. Hate, abuse, and targeted discrimination are not allowed.

8. No Sexual Exploitation or Non-Consensual Content

Weefou has zero tolerance for sexual exploitation or non-consensual content.

You must not:

• Share intimate images without consent or threaten to leak private photos or videos.
• Ask for sexual content from minors or share sexual content involving minors.
• Promote prostitution, escort services, trafficking, or sexual exploitation.
• Use Weefou to pressure users into sexual activity.
• Send explicit content without permission.
• Use hidden cameras, recordings, or screenshots to exploit users.

Serious violations may result in permanent ban and legal reporting.

9. Profile Photo and Media Rules

Your photos and media must be appropriate and respectful.

Allowed:

• Clear photos of yourself, lifestyle photos, travel photos, activity photos, event photos, group photos where others are not misrepresented, and respectful creative photos.

Not allowed:

• Nudity, sexually explicit images, non-consensual photos, stolen photos, fake identity photos, child sexual content, violence, gore, hate symbols, illegal activity, private documents, personal information, or photos used to scam or mislead users.

We may remove photos or media that violate these rules.

10. Chat Rules

Your messages must be respectful and safe.

Do not send:

• Abuse, threats, spam, scams, repeated unwanted messages, sexual content without consent, hate speech, personal attacks, blackmail, or extortion.
• Fake job offers, investment schemes, loan offers, betting or gambling promotion, illegal service promotion, malware links, or phishing links.

Chat should be used for genuine and respectful conversation.

11. Plan Request Rules

Weefou may allow users to create, send, accept, decline, or manage plan requests.

You must not use plans to:

• Mislead users, create fake meetups, trap, threaten, or harass users.
• Promote illegal events, scams, paid services without permission, or unsafe locations.
• Force someone to meet, collect user data, or create adult, exploitative, or harmful meetups.

If a plan is declined, expired, ignored, or cancelled, respect the other user’s decision.

12. Events and Community Rules

If Weefou allows event or community posting, hosts and participants must follow safety and honesty rules.

You must not post events that involve:

• Illegal activity, drugs, weapons, hate groups, sexual exploitation, human trafficking, unsafe gatherings, misleading pricing, fake venues, fraudulent ticketing, gambling or betting without legal permission, or discriminatory entry rules.

Event hosts are responsible for accurate event details, safety, permissions, pricing, and compliance with applicable laws.

13. No Scams, Fraud, or Money Requests

Weefou must not be used for scams or fraud.

You must not:

• Ask users for money, loans, gifts, recharge, crypto, trading funds, or emergency money.
• Promote fake investments, share phishing links, sell fake tickets, sell fake services, or use romance scams.
• Ask for OTPs, passwords, bank details, UPI PINs, card details, or wallet access.
• Pretend to be in danger or mislead users for financial gain.

Report any user who asks for money or financial details.

14. No Spam or Promotional Misuse

Do not use Weefou for spam or unauthorized promotion.

Not allowed:

• Bulk messaging, copy-paste promotional messages, fake engagement, bot activity, unapproved business promotion, repeated event promotion, MLM or pyramid schemes, fake job posts, affiliate spam, external group spam, link farming, or account selling.

Business or event promotion may require written approval from Weefou.

15. No Illegal or Harmful Activity

You must not use Weefou to plan, promote, support, or conduct illegal activity.

This includes:

• Drugs, weapons, violence, theft, fraud, human trafficking, sexual exploitation, cybercrime, hacking, illegal gambling, money laundering, blackmail, impersonation, document forgery, or any activity prohibited by law.

We may report serious illegal activity to appropriate authorities where required.

16. No Violence or Threats

Threats and violence are not allowed.

You must not:

• Threaten to harm someone, encourage violence, promote self-harm or harm to others, share violent content, celebrate physical harm, coordinate fights or intimidation, or threaten to leak private information or media.

Immediate action may be taken against accounts involved in threats or violence.

17. Self-Harm and Safety Concerns

Do not encourage suicide, self-harm, eating disorders, or dangerous behavior.

If we believe a user is at serious risk, we may take steps to support safety, including restricting content, sharing safety resources, or taking other appropriate action.

If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

18. Respect Privacy

You must respect other users’ privacy.

You must not share without permission:

• Phone numbers, home addresses, workplace details, private photos, personal documents, chats, screenshots, social media details, location details, family information, financial information, or any private information.

Doxxing or leaking private information may lead to a permanent ban.

19. Account Security

Keep your account safe.

You must not:

• Share your login credentials, sell or transfer your account, allow others to use your account, use someone else’s account, bypass bans, or use fake devices or tools to manipulate the platform.

You are responsible for activity under your account.

20. Platform Misuse

You must not damage, manipulate, or misuse Weefou.

Not allowed:

• Hacking, scraping, reverse engineering, bot usage, fake likes, fake matches, fake reports, automated messaging, unauthorized security testing, interfering with app performance, uploading malware, or trying to access private systems or user data.

We may take technical and legal action against platform misuse.

21. Reporting Users or Content

You can report users, profiles, photos, messages, plans, events, or content that violates these guidelines.

You may report issues such as:

• Fake profiles, harassment, abuse, scams, spam, inappropriate content, sexual harassment, hate speech, threats, impersonation, underage users, privacy violations, unsafe plans or events, and illegal activity.

Reports help us keep Weefou safe.

22. Blocking Users

You may block users when you do not want further interaction.

Blocking may limit the blocked user from contacting you or viewing parts of your profile, depending on app functionality.

If someone blocks you, you must not try to contact them again through another account or method.

23. False Reports

Reporting is for real safety and policy concerns.

You must not:

• Submit fake reports, report users for revenge, misuse reporting tools, coordinate mass false reports, or submit misleading evidence.

False reporting may lead to account restriction or suspension.

24. Moderation and Enforcement

Weefou may review profiles, content, reports, chats, plan activity, media, and account behavior to enforce these guidelines.

Depending on the issue, Weefou may take actions such as:

• Warning the user, removing content, hiding profile content, limiting discovery, restricting chat, pausing plan features, removing verification, temporarily suspending the account, permanently banning the account, or reporting serious legal issues to authorities where required.

We may take action without prior notice when needed for user safety, legal compliance, or platform protection.

25. Verified Profile Disclaimer

Verification on Weefou may help improve trust, but it does not guarantee that a user is safe, honest, legally verified, or suitable to meet.

You should still use your own judgment and follow safety precautions.

26. Paid Features Do Not Give Special Permission

Paid users must follow the same Community Guidelines as free users.

Subscriptions, boosts, premium visibility, or paid features do not allow users to:

• Harass others, spam users, break safety rules, send abusive messages, upload prohibited content, or avoid moderation action.

Weefou may restrict or ban paid users who violate these guidelines.

27. Content Removal

Weefou may remove content that violates these guidelines, including:

• Photos, bio, prompts, messages, notes, posts, plan details, event content, community content, comments, and media uploads.

Content may also be removed if required by law, user safety, or platform integrity.

28. Appeals

If your account or content is restricted, you may contact Weefou support to request a review.

Appeals are not guaranteed to reverse moderation action.

We may not provide full details where doing so could affect user safety, privacy, abuse prevention, or legal compliance.

30. Changes to These Community Guidelines

We may update these Community Guidelines from time to time.

If we make important changes, we may notify users through the app, website, email, or other reasonable method.

Your continued use of Weefou after the update means you agree to the updated guidelines.

31. Final Safety Reminder

Weefou is built to help people connect with clear intent, but every user must act responsibly.

Always remember:

• Be honest.
• Respect consent.
• Do not harass.
• Do not scam.
• Do not share private information.
• Meet safely.
• Report unsafe behavior.
• Block users when needed.
• Follow the law.

If something feels wrong, stop the interaction and report it.
