This End User License Agreement ("Agreement" or "EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and WEEFOU WEBTECH LLP / Weefou ("Company", "Weefou", "we", "us", or "our") regarding your access to and use of the Weefou mobile application, website, services, features, content, subscriptions, and related services.

By downloading, installing, accessing, registering, or using Weefou, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with this Agreement, you must not install, access, or use Weefou.

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Weefou grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, access, and use the Weefou application for your personal and lawful use only.

This Agreement does not sell or transfer ownership of the app, software, brand, technology, designs, content, or intellectual property to you. Weefou remains the owner or authorized license holder of all rights in the app and services.

2. Eligibility

You may use Weefou only if:

You are at least 18 years old.
You are legally capable of entering into this Agreement.
You are not restricted from using the app under applicable law.
You provide accurate and truthful information during registration and profile creation.

Weefou is not intended for minors. If we discover that a minor has created an account, we may suspend or delete the account.

3. Account Registration and Security

To use certain features of Weefou, you may need to create an account. You agree that:

The information you provide will be accurate and updated.
You will not create a fake, misleading, impersonating, or duplicate account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
You will immediately notify Weefou if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Weefou may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate this Agreement or our platform policies.

4. Purpose of Weefou

Weefou is an intent-based social discovery platform that helps users connect with nearby people for friendship, dating, events, travel, networking, communities, conversations, and real-life plans.

Weefou provides tools for discovery and communication, but we do not guarantee that you will find a match, meet a specific person, create a successful plan, or receive any particular outcome from using the app.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to use Weefou responsibly, respectfully, and legally. You must not:

Use the app for harassment, abuse, threats, stalking, hate speech, bullying, or exploitation.
Upload fake, misleading, stolen, harmful, obscene, illegal, or infringing content.
Impersonate another person, company, brand, or public figure.
Use the app for scams, fraud, spam, phishing, or commercial solicitation without permission.
Share another person's private information without consent.
Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, modify, hack, disrupt, or misuse the app.
Use automated bots, scraping tools, fake engagement systems, or unauthorized scripts.
Misuse reporting, blocking, verification, or safety features.
Use Weefou for unlawful dating, escort, trafficking, adult services, or illegal activities.
Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.

6. User Content

You may upload, share, or submit content such as profile details, photos, media, messages, prompts, plans, comments, and other information ("User Content").

You retain ownership of your User Content. However, by submitting User Content to Weefou, you grant Weefou a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, display, process, reproduce, modify, moderate, and use such content only for operating, improving, securing, promoting, and providing the Weefou services.

You confirm that:

You own or have permission to use the content you upload.
Your content does not violate any law or third-party rights.
Your content does not contain harmful, abusive, misleading, or prohibited material.

Weefou may remove, restrict, or moderate User Content if it violates our policies, legal requirements, or user safety standards.

7. Location-Based Features

Weefou may use your location or approximate location to help you discover nearby users, plans, events, or intent-based matches.

You understand and agree that:

Location-based discovery may depend on your device permissions.
You can control location permissions through your device settings.
Some features may not work properly if location access is disabled.
Weefou does not guarantee the accuracy of location data.
You should not rely on location features for emergency, safety-critical, or real-time tracking purposes.

8. Photos, Media, and Verification

Weefou may allow users to upload photos, media, documents, or verification-related content. These features may be used for profile quality, trust, safety, moderation, or account verification.

You agree not to upload:

Fake or misleading images.
Images of another person without consent.
Illegal, abusive, sexual, exploitative, hateful, or harmful content.
Documents or media that you are not authorized to submit.

Verification does not guarantee a user's identity, intentions, safety, background, or reliability. You should always use your own judgment when interacting with others.

9. Real-Life Meetups and Safety

Weefou helps users connect and create real-life plans, but Weefou is not responsible for the behavior, actions, intentions, reliability, or safety of any user.

You agree that:

You meet other users at your own risk.
You should meet in public places when meeting someone for the first time.
You should inform a trusted person before meeting someone.
You should not share sensitive personal, financial, or private information too early.
You should report suspicious, unsafe, or abusive behavior through the app.

Weefou may provide safety tools such as report, block, moderation, verification, or profile review features, but these tools do not remove all risks.

10. Paid Features, Subscriptions, and In-App Purchases

Weefou may offer free and paid features, including subscriptions, premium plans, boosts, super likes, additional limits, visibility features, or other paid tools.

Payments may be processed through app stores, payment gateways, or third-party payment providers. Your purchase may also be subject to the terms, billing rules, refund rules, and cancellation policies of the relevant app store or payment provider.

You understand that:

Paid features may vary by plan, duration, region, platform, or offer.
Subscription charges may renew automatically unless cancelled as per the applicable platform rules.
Weefou does not guarantee matches, replies, meetings, or specific results from paid features.
Refunds, cancellations, and billing disputes may be handled according to Weefou's Refund Policy and applicable app store/payment provider rules.

11. Third-Party Services

Weefou may use or integrate third-party services such as app stores, payment providers, analytics tools, cloud hosting, notification services, maps, login providers, or content delivery systems.

Weefou is not responsible for third-party platforms, links, services, outages, policies, or actions. Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

12. App Updates and Changes

Weefou may release updates, upgrades, bug fixes, security patches, new features, or changes to the app.

Some updates may be required for continued use of the app. Weefou may modify, suspend, discontinue, or restrict any feature, plan, content, or service at any time, subject to applicable law.

13. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in Weefou, including the app, brand name, logo, mascot, UI design, software, code, content, features, graphics, trademarks, service marks, and related intellectual property, belong to Weefou or its licensors.

You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, rent, license, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on Weefou without written permission.

14. Restrictions on Use

You are not allowed to:

Copy, modify, translate, reverse engineer, or decompile the app.
Sell, rent, sublicense, lease, or commercially exploit the app.
Remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.
Use Weefou to build a competing product or service.
Access the app using unauthorized tools, bots, scripts, crawlers, or scraping methods.
Interfere with servers, networks, security systems, APIs, or app performance.
Upload malware, viruses, harmful code, or security threats.

15. Suspension and Termination

Weefou may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access if:

You violate this Agreement or our policies.
You misuse the app or harm other users.
Your account is reported for serious safety, legal, or abuse concerns.
We are required to do so by law, court order, government request, or platform policy.
Continued access may create risk for Weefou, users, or third parties.

You may stop using Weefou at any time. You may also request account deletion as per our Account Deletion Policy.

After termination, your license to use Weefou will end immediately.

16. Privacy

Your use of Weefou is also governed by our Privacy Policy, Location Permission Disclosure, Photo / Media Upload Consent, Data Retention Policy, and other applicable policies.

By using Weefou, you agree that we may collect, use, store, process, and protect your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

17. Disclaimer of Warranties

Weefou is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Weefou does not guarantee that:

The app will always be available, error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
All users are genuine, safe, verified, or trustworthy.
You will receive matches, messages, likes, meetings, or successful plans.
Any content, recommendation, match, location, or profile will be accurate or complete.
The app will meet all your expectations or personal requirements.

You use Weefou at your own discretion and risk.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Weefou, WEEFOU WEBTECH LLP, its partners, directors, employees, contractors, service providers, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the app.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Loss of data, profit, revenue, goodwill, or opportunity.
User conduct, meetings, messages, or interactions.
Unauthorized access to your account.
App downtime, bugs, errors, or service interruptions.
Third-party services, payments, platforms, or links.
Any harm arising from real-life meetings or user interactions.

Nothing in this Agreement limits liability where such limitation is not allowed by law.

19. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Weefou, WEEFOU WEBTECH LLP, its partners, directors, employees, contractors, service providers, and affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising out of:

Your use or misuse of Weefou.
Your violation of this Agreement.
Your violation of any law or third-party right.
Your User Content.
Your interaction, meeting, communication, or dispute with another user.

20. App Store Terms

If you download Weefou from the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or any other app marketplace, your use of the app may also be subject to the applicable app store terms, rules, and policies.

If there is a conflict between this Agreement and mandatory app store terms, the mandatory app store terms may apply to the extent required.

21. Apple-Specific Terms

If you downloaded Weefou from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge and agree that:

This Agreement is between you and Weefou, not Apple.
Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.
Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for Weefou.
Apple is not responsible for claims related to your use of Weefou.
Apple and its subsidiaries may be third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement where applicable.
Your use of Weefou must comply with Apple's applicable App Store terms and usage rules.

22. Changes to This Agreement

Weefou may update this Agreement from time to time. If we make material changes, we may notify you through the app, website, email, or other reasonable means.

Your continued use of Weefou after the updated Agreement becomes effective means you accept the updated terms.

23. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of India.

Subject to applicable law, the courts having competent jurisdiction in Himachal Pradesh, India shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from or related to this Agreement.

25. Entire Agreement

This Agreement, along with our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, User Safety Policy, Refund Policy, Subscription Terms, Account Deletion Policy, and other applicable policies, forms the complete agreement between you and Weefou regarding your use of the app.

If any part of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to remain valid and enforceable.

26. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, registering, accessing, or using Weefou, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this End User License Agreement.
