This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for Weefou services, subscriptions, purchases, or paid offerings.
1. Current Paid Services
If Weefou does not currently offer paid subscriptions, in-app purchases, or paid services in your region, there may be no payments eligible for refund.
2. Refund Requests
If you believe you were charged incorrectly or need help with a payment, please contact us at founder@weefou.com with your account details, payment date, and reason for the request.
3. App Store Purchases
If a purchase was made through an app store or third-party payment provider, refunds may be handled by that provider under its own refund rules and process.
4. Review Process
We review refund requests case by case. Approval may depend on the payment method, service used, account status, and applicable laws or platform policies.
